I'm ok with the team night in general, I just have to change my calendar to Mitch on Tuesday's now... toys, pram, thrown.
I do suggest a clearer line is drawn between team play and throw-in team play as it's not about staying in teams, but more about the level of competition and upping your game, right? (Otherwise the comment above about having one giant throw-in team each night doesn't make sense.)
