Shit Jersey on eBay - advice please

1 top, 1 wash, 1 colour run = massive run about and a waste of time for both the seller and the buyer which are now at loggerheads.

seller =
refund the money and end it and write the stock off. save face etc etc. You cannot win sometimes with some customers.

buyer =
quit your moaning and bitching and get over it ffs, it's only a £10.

Then what are we going to do with the rest of the afternoon?
