Yeh I know what you mean... I went in to 14 and spoke to them briefly yesterday. They were really good about it and said they'd give me hand fixing the problem.
I had a look at their other frames and the intergrated clamp is different for the other bikes. i.e. they using and nut and bolt system rather that just screwing the bolt into the frame.
I wish they'd stuck with the standard seat post clamp, tis much easier to replace if it fails.
