Bike Snob's review of Vittoria-1976 shoe
These clearly look more like cycling shoes than street shoes, though if you look at them through the ignorant eyes of the non-cyclist they look like the offspring of some kind of sordid Puma/Camper/Capezio three-way
You can still hear your cleat grind on the sidewalk occasionally with the 1976, but between the flexibility and the rubber sole they're much better for walking than a pure cycling shoe.
Apparently they are in BLBAnyone tried on a pair/like them/confirm that they don't like "crocs" with fittings?

well comfy, you can walk in them and with a pair of shorts or jeans don't look far from a normal shoe

those vittorias looks very neat, murtle has them and you could easily IMO wear them at work without having to change into some others.

I <3 BSNYC.
personally i don't try to combine SPDs and casual. It never works and you just start looking like one of those dudes that wears camping gear around the city and always has a sense of where north is...

Who is this Murtle of which you speak? (Forum "M" members)
However I fear Jersey might be right - the hybrid is always a dangerous route - look at Jeremy Clarkson jacket/jeans combination -

shoes are always impossible, so i ride MKS doubles with these:

(unless i'm wearing spandex, shifting gears, and riding 50 miles.)no i'm not kidding. they're beat to shit, but they're leather so they look good that way. They hold up just fine if you condition the leather with some mink oil. They're small so they fit well in the pedal and the bottom as a funky tread that actually fits properly on the MKS pedal.
If you really want to hunt for good looking cycle-specific *clothing *for the city, there's always...

I want those black and gold dunks. Why can't I find them anywhere? I've tried ebay searching for nike dunk bmx or nike dunk spd, no luck. Were they ever actually properly released?

They are "Nike BMX Dunk Gyrizo" - made for Beijing olympics - not sure available over here, but were/are in U.S

Apparently they are also bringing out a High Top Dunk SPD, for downhilling, that doesnt have a carbon sole, andis slightly more flexible, under the Nike 6.0 brand
