The trains that go from Norwich through Ipswich to Liverpool street usually have a dedicated bike carriage at the back that could fit maybe 30 bikes.. The smaller ones on the Lowestoft line only have proper space for 4 but given the amount of cyclists and dependant on the time you get to Ipswich station I'd imagine they'd let more on in the carriages

Yes, Ben, you shouldn't normally have a problem--not that many people ride on to Ipswich, and even those who do tend to be distributed nicely across different trains, and as Will says there's a large empty carriage on those trains.

I hear that about forty people turned up for the 8:45 from Darsham last year ...
