well, i am an idiot, its my seat clamp.. i think, i changed seats,thinking that the seat bars were moving or something and a few days ago i got so fed up with the noise, i just started to shake the bike to see where it was coming from 90% of the time it was left crank arm down, but then there was the 10% of the time when the noise came from nothing, so it has to to with weight distribution on my seat... i am a fool sorry to waste your guys, time.
