Where the click seems to come from is irrelevant.
With that in mind, have you removed/cleaned/refitted your handlebars, and loosened/retightened your brake hood clamp bolts?
Have you checked your computer magnet isn't hitting the sensor (unlikely cause)?
Do you have/have you tried other wheels - little grooves can form where the spokes cross, and start to click under stress - very fucking annoying?
Have you checked your headset is tight (apply front brake firmly & try to rock bike back and forth)?
