@jersey - the geometry is based on a 58 cm fuji track pro, but with a 1cm shorter seat and top tube and a half degree slacker head angle to make it more comfortable for the road.
Yes, I did look at the Reynolds too. To be honest, I don't think there is much in the the choice between Easton, Reynolds or Time...
