probably should have turned the oven down a bit and baked it for longer but at least it has risen and is moist and fluffy inside. can't taste the rum much though should have put more in.

Just pour some over the top till the cake floats. You can call it 'banana cake float'. And just use both hands to drink from the bowl. And then throw the cake away, it will be soggy.
