have you ever been fined $150 and a quarter of the points on your licence for doing something that was perfectly legal 2 minutes earlier? how accurate is your watch?
there's nothing wrong with having lower speed limits near schools, but it's a real pain in the arse when the rules change minute by minute and there is no actual warning (ie the signs don't change).
