Crackdown on Beach Speeders

My point is that if you need to be told to slow down when driving past a school when you can see that kids are coming out, you shouldn't be on the roads. We should be responsible, it's assumed we are not, so they put all of these ridiculous laws in place to try to keep us in line, when all we need to do is have some common sense.

I agree with you, but sadly people are thick as shit. Laws are probably the only way to stop them being awful.
