Crackdown on Beach Speeders

If you don't know what time you're driving at, when the times listed are rush-hour times, driving is the least of your worries. If you see a flashing sign that says Cation: Children Crossing then you slow right the fuck down whatever time it is.

My point is that if you need to be told to slow down when driving past a school when you can see that kids are coming out, you shouldn't be on the roads. We should be responsible, it's assumed we are not, so they put all of these ridiculous laws in place to try to keep us in line, when all we need to do is have some common sense.
