tell that to the coppers in Richmond park too then.
it's stupid, not all bikes have speedometers. so if you coast down sawyers hill on a geared bike and go over 20mph you can get done for "cycling furiously"
there's some serious piss-take going on in this country regarding traffic law relating to bikes
