eBay problems, resolutions, shenanigans, questions and info (not bike finds)

I've just had my iPhone won by what looks very much like a scammer for the second time. I'm tempted just to sell it on here once eBay cancel the listing.

I know this may not help, but I block the following from bidding on my stuff:

People who:
*Don't have a PayPal account

                                                       Have received 2 Unpaid Item strike(s) within 1 Month(s). 
                                                           Are registered in countries to which I don't post                                                            

Have a feedback score of -1 or lower*

Go to your account > Site Preferences > Buyer Requirements.
