  • eustace, depending on your cash situation I'd recommend going to the bike whisperer people, (cheaper than cyclefit but good or so reports say) or cyclefit themselves. You could spend some time (read alot of time) fiddling with stem length/height, seat post height, bar position, cleat position, etc etc... taking bike out for a ride, seeing if it feels right, adjusting, and repeating until perfect, or someone who has experience in these things, can adjust it for you and put you in a much better riding position.
    I got a bike fitting and its worth the money, and means you can take your details away and buy and adjust bikes with more knowledge of how to get the right fit for you...
