  • i swim and cycle (natch) quite a lot and recently decided to take up running too.

    went for my first run since i was in junior school saturday, a very tentative a sedate jog of about 3k with lots of stopping to walk. felt fine afterwards but was very sore the next day and am in agony today. my quads are on fire. how do you stretch your quads?
