While there may not be CCTV at the junction, surely there are cameras up on the A102/A2 (where I think from the description, is where the lorry went), which would have captured the lorry? Cant be too difficult to look at 5 mins either side of estimated time and look for a lorry with blue covering on it? Even if the cams arent in colour, it would at least give multiple leads?
