^^^^ My ex-wife once sent me and a heap-shit load of people a petition to fill out against such a proposal, cos it infringes upon their rights to privacy etc. So I had a complete rant back at them all about already having registered vehicles which are monitored to an extent, so if they want to travel un-monitored, get their lazy arses onto a bike. Oh except with all the hit-and-run car drivers around, it might not be safe. Except if all cars were fitted with trackers, as was being proposed, then there'd never be another hit and run again...
