Elementary, my dear Watson. Food for All in Cazenove Road is a much smaller shop that's been there for a lot longer, has a small stock and definitely not always what you want, doesn't sell meat, and I find it much preferable to F&W. Or Mother Earth Wholefoods in Albion Road. Nice shop, too, only a bit out of my way. Then there's (vegan) East of Eden in Lower Clapton Road.
