that's a fantastic bag mate, one thing concern me is that while the backpack/messenger bag are on your back away from both wheels, wouldn't this bag get unnecessary wet due to mud, water, etc. get sprayed on it? another question is does it get in the way of your legs? partically if it is full and the weight could easily move around left and right.

(genuine question of course, I love to see the development of that bag).

It's not a bag i intend to use everyday really...only for long rides.
I'm hoping the bag isn't really wide enough for the spray to be a major problem...most of it will run straight off because of the angles.
The zips are shielded too.
Regarding getting in the way, i need to try it out...i may take a half inch off it's width depending how it is when full...the internal divider should stop it being able to buldge out too far though as it pulls both sides in along their length...and again the divider and the amount of attatchment points means nothing should be able to swing about.

As with all prototypes i need to test it a bit first.
