Worst Road in London

anyone gone into a pothole so deep that the front end drops into it so quick that your hands (which i tend to rest on the bars rather than hold) stay mid air, sending you into a sprawling mess ??

Well, a friend of mine once fell into a six foot deep hole on London Bridge (southern end) where there were roadworks. His bike stayed up there and he couldn't look out of the hole (he's quite short). It's still one of the top ten things I wish I'd seen.
