Maybe, but some detail why would be helpful.
Also, his returns policy says this:
"All items sold can be returned for a refund.
Conditions of Refund:
-Items must be returned within 14days of the purchased date.
-Items must be returned in the condition they were received (including any packaging).
-The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.
-Only the money paid for the items will be refunded. Postal charges will NOT be refunded."
He doesn't stipulate reasons for return - my listings always say "refunds only if item significantly not as described" - which logically means I can return it for any reason I like. If he doesn't respond to contact requesting a return then that's his problem.
