eBay problems, resolutions, shenanigans, questions and info (not bike finds)

I'm no expert and not sure what criteria is used to determine the judgment.

It may just be who articulates their views the best.

But, it's a used BMX Inspired bike.

Four photos were listed in the ad, one of which appears to show a scratched stay.

An offer to view the bike beforehand was extended.

That would be my argument as the seller.

I think this is true, but i still don't think it was in 'very good condition'.
Bmx or not, looking at the pictures i wouldn't advertise that bike as 'good condition', i'd say it was 'used but in ok condition'
He isn't just describing the working order (a scratched frame wouldnt affect this) but the conditon as well, i.e appearance.
