eBay problems, resolutions, shenanigans, questions and info (not bike finds)

I'm not trying to argue with you, but was just wondering what it was about this that makes you think this. The last thing I want to do is push for something when I've got no chance of winning or getting my money back.

Sometimes you do need a healthy dose of reality though - so I'd appreciate that.
hate to say it, but severely doubt you will get money back.
