The seller doesn't appear to deal specifically in bikes and may not have even noticed things we would see immediately.
I've been down the dispute road before and I'm not sure this qualifies as 'significantly not as described'.
Disputes piss people off. Talking to them directly doesn't.
But I know you've tried.
