Have been using my MTB with forks on backwards for 2 sessions now and it still looks stupid.
Took a little getting used to like any new steering setup.
Leonard Zinn has an article about steering geo. where he mentions building a TT fork with negative rake. http://velonews.com/article/9314
Benefits are: less BB gap, easier front wheel reacharounds, shorter wheelbase means sharper turns, and more trail means more stability (like a castor).
Now does anyone have a SHORT ahead stem going, a cheap BMX stem ideally?
22.2 or 25.4 are both fine, but I can't afford more than a 5er.
I also need any old Shimano cassettes I can break apart for some cog options.
Cheers.
