Not really. Chelsea supporters have been to Wembley many times. Wembley is given over in large part to "neutral" seating; seats which are generally given up for touting. Not all of Chelsea's season ticket holders were able to get seats. Many of those that did were corporate season tickets. Corporates frequently give such tickets to clients no matter who they support or sell them to touts. Only Everton supporters would have felt the need to pay out the prices touts were charging. We will be back. They might not.
