Would have to kick the tenants and all their furniture out :p

The sound system just isn't reliable enough if it was done in the main bar and we'd have the same situation as Bar Story; DJ inside and Bright Times peeps outside.

What about upstairs at the bear? Though bike parking could be an issue...
