In Evans, I feel I spend most of my time explaining things to the staff, who normally stare balnkly at me like I asked for a "ride on a horsey please"... the general nodders' bike store staff haven't a clue that foot retention is essential etc for fixed.. and really don't care. You'd have to write letters to higher levels to get anything to change. But If you think it's a real health and safety issue, it can be done!! - Just mention Claims direct when contacting.
