i'd wage that rides well - it can be thrown about, handles well and you wouldnt be heart broken if it was knicked.
unless you are out next olympic track star i can't see you suffering from the slight clumsy aspects of the frame. there are enough alterations you can do to make it more to your feel. -

Innit. Whinging about head angles is daft, just get a shorter stem.

Got a Monaco beginning of the week. It doesn't have the nice retro looks. But it's light, it's quick, it's cheap, and the handling is well behaved. Yeah the seat angle is slack, but it's not really a track bike, and it means your arms are nice and comfy when tanking down an open road on the drops.
Also everyone told me the tyres would be awful, but I find them pretty average. They don't need upgrading right away unless you want to go up to 25s.
I think edsgobble said the Bianchi Pista geometry is 'zippier'
