That is something like instant karma. The instant he forms the thought 'Looks like a bit of a risk I might hurt those cyclists, but I'll carry on as I'm in a hurry' he ends up smashing someone's property and getting caught on camera doing it. The fact that cyclists were endangered kind of lessens the karma aspect, though.

Yeah, we don't know he's actually malicious. It's easy to assume malice on the part of drivers when often they probably are just not thinking.
