Obree's new hour record attempt bike

UCI don't like pacing devices on bikes (computers, etc) which is why they didn't approve power meters and computers. Pacing has to rely on your coach from the sidelines moving about or signalling if you are up/down on your planned schedule.

If Obree does go for the hour record (in Manchester most likely), i think a forum trip needs to happen.
