jaygee dude, I forgot all about the track today, say it was damp and thought no track bike stays at home, and then started reading on here, about monday training and was like d'oh!
also am doing stretches to make sure my hamstrings don't burn like a burny thing, so don't want to over exert them before tarck day 3...
I will be doing saturday and monday sessions from here on in though, oh apart from the ones on bank holiday mondays and the ones when I'm away for long weekends with friends, or in a different country at a festival, apart from that I'm in... @damo its close enough to a rhyme for those with no ear for rhymes won't be able to tell the difference so its all good...
