Also that cadburys ad with the children and the eyebrows was just too weird for description. Just made me want to beat them to death when I saw it. The Phill Collins drumming gorilla was awesome, why did they repace him with that crap.

I remember back in 1998 some cockends did a shitty sting for the football (Euro Cup, World Cup, Twogirlsone Cup or some shite) and it being universally hated. Time Out did us all a service and tracked down the office numbers for the two advertising arseholes in question and printed them so that we could all call up and call them cunts.

To cheer myself up, I waste time during ad breaks coming up with improved straplines for annoying adds. Most of the beauty products ones usually end up being {insert name of product}, because all of your insecurities are true.

On the I like side, the Robinsons biord house add is fantastic only because of the human clock. A stroke of genius in an otherwise mundane add.

that was really my point, Twix isnt chocolate, its sugar & high fat, the cocoa mass content is only about 15-20%...in comparison with "real " chocolate which starts at around 50% up to 88-90% ...no snobbery there? just a observation...easy now... more coffee? :)

It ain't really supposed to be real chocolate though is it. TBH if it was chocolate I wouldn't like it.

Actually lets deconstruct the logic behind the complaint in that MR T advert.

1. The guy is speed walking
   
2. Speed walking, is walking weird and kinda looks stupid.
   
3. Walking weird is something only homosexual men do.
   
4. The advert must be homophobic.
   
   

Basically according to the complainant (is that even a word)... every homesexual guy acts like this.
