actually what happen was that the original crank bolts was too wide for the campangolo chainring, so I end up getting a shorter one, I replaced them all with the shorter one unfortuantely one of them refuse to come out and need to be drilled to removed it, that why I couldn't replaced just the one asap.
The Miche bolts are defintely quite weak.
