Bike noise, creak, click, creaks, clicks, clicking, pinging sound - help

I have one crankbolts that are not tight but can't be removed due to the shitty metal get chipped when trying to loosen it.

Buy some decent crank bolts? They shouldn't be loose, and they definitely shouldn't chip while you try to loosen them.
