And I have a 21.5" which has a SO height of 32" - my inseam is 32.5" - trust me. it is not a issue whatsoever. The rule of 1" inch of SO clearance for safety does not really apply to these bikes - mountain bikes, sure, but you'll be fine. I do not even feel the TT when I straddle the frame and it has never even come close to be being an issue when riding & getting off. I was worried myself just the same as you, but once I received my frame and built it up, all those worries disappeared.
Seriously, just get the correct fit and everything else falls into place. SO Height is not an issue with these frames.
