Food

I picked up some of this today...

But haven't got a clue what to do with it.

Anyone got any ideas? I want to cook something savoury, as I've never had chocolate as something other than a sweet before.

I did a job a while back photographing Willie, really nice guy. Definately put some in a chili con carne, brownies are ace with it, that's what I ate at the shoot.
Oh and Hot chocolate and truffles.... mmmmmmm
