I'm beginning to see the benefit of veganism (maybe vegetarianism- though I don't think I added anything non vegan)
2nd tofu chilli made, unbelievably happy with the result.
Pulses, tofu, spices, tinned tomatoes, dave's insanity sauce
the overpowering taste of beef would have ruined it slightly.
(don't have a recipe as my way of cooking is: grab stuff, put in pan, taste, add spices, taste, decide its ok, add pepper, done).
oh and I've eaten too much I feel a bit bloated now, and there's still a full tupperware pot.
