It seems with an inner leg of 34" the frame size would be 23" (with 22.75" top tube). It sounds quite a bit bigger than my size 56 IRO Mark V, but I guess it's nothing too major.
But with a frame of that size the tubing will be oversized. What does that mean? I guess the tubing won't be too fat, but I am thinking of choosing a size 22.5" frame, even though it's not what they suggested. I believe it's better for the frame to be a bit smaller than too big. And the tubing wouldn't then be oversized...
