  • Yeah, and the whole shot's gone crazy as it's x-processed.

...either that or too much skidding ;-)

  • Hi
After buying parts for 6 month
    Finally its finish

I so nearly like this alot!
That frame really REALLY deserves to be ridden brakeless. That clamp on is grim.

And your saddle and bars look out of place IMHO. That is using a brooks and the red bars. I'd go for an orange grunge saddle and white bars.

  • for me the only place a frame DESERVES to be ridden brakeless is on the track.. Otherwise it's down to personal preference

handle bar and saddle come from my old bike now I changed white bar and orange grip
I'll change saddle next month and I need brake...

  • Love the clearance on the rear wheel! Does it come with a matching black & pink rapha uniform? ;)

YES! for just under £1,000 i guess :D:D

  • im pretty sure i saw you in the evans on the cut some time in the past week or 2. i remember see the bike and commenting on it to a collegue of mine

That's right, got my lockring loosened on my way back home just few days after getting the bike from condor and so I was looking for help coz I could not skid :D

  • Bob Jackson updated, pretty much how I want it, you seen my mug plenty enough;

  • Now we're, talking.

    Thumbs well and truly up!

  • ed

    titan stem i believe

  • Ed, you got any more pics?

  • I like. :D
I am not really that much into aesthetics, as long as it works for me, although I like some bikes here (such as above), but still have a question to Edcoble: why black cages? :D would chrome-effect ones with brown leather straps overdo it or is it more of practical or budges issue?

  • Plastic cages are tougher than alu or steel. 4 gate cages (like those in the pic) are really secure for double straps.

  • especially if you're riding brakeless, secure and comfortable.

  • That makes sense:) So I guess these are nylon straps as well?
They do these cages in white though :)

  • thats a seriously nice stem!

  • yeah which cages are those ed? i have some similair plastic ones but they aren't as sturdy as yours look.

  • 4 gate, as aforementioned by miro_o

  • thats the nicest bob jackson i've seen.
    beautiful.

i think i saw you near clerkenwell about a week ago.

  • really nice bike ed, where you get the plastic cages??

  • geeeeez, that stem is ugly, it looks like a rednecks 4x4 with all the foglamps :P
you were saying "the set up now stops from making my arm ache"?
surely a lower stem would sit in the same position??

  • +1

  • the bike really does look very nice indeed though.

  • After a year or so with double straps, I've switched from plastic to MKS metal single-gates in LL. SO much better.
