Well, you don't have to go and get fitted. If you can decide what kind of angles you want, and you know what seat tuber and top tube lengths are right for you, then just call then with the details. Might be an idea to go up though.
They do have their standard vigorelli specs, which have 74 degree seat and head tube angles. If you specify seat tube length, they will probably just build it square with the above angles...
