Yes, they sold me a brand new 1" threaded campag record headset when I placed the order for the frame, then they cut the fork to size and greased and fitted the HS before delivery, for free.
Bob Jackson are a normal local bike shop as well as frame builder - they have shelves campag and nitto stuff, including some nice older bits stockpiled.
