On a serious note, be sure to include a memorial page or two (get permission from relatives first).. the huge ride from Parliament Hill to Notting Hill crash site in memory of a fellow rider, earlier this year, captured all of our imaginations.. maybe the odd ghost bike image at dawn..

Or one about awesomely bad first posts ... rants about how everyone is really nasty here ...
Or one about the Lake of Darkness.

My GF works in publishing, spends her whole day choosing printers, paper etc....I'll ask her, but the printers she uses may only print large runs.

All being able to contribute is fantaastic but haing a editor/design/layout team/person might be a good idea.

I do publsihing production too (as well as winston's gf by the sounds of it) and am keen to get involved.

This book would be far bigger than 200 pages if all that went in, need to keep stuff aside for the next book.
