picked up the frame for £1.20, profile chainring was £5, forks were £5 and all the other bits were spares. no brakes, no gears. bored at work, simplssss
Nice. If you ever fancy returning that frame to it's homeland, I'm a stones throw away from where it was made. :)

Still very much a work in progress. I've already got the bar tape to match the wheels/saddle. Also waiting delivery on new headset - the campag mirage on there (replacement for a bust Shimano 105 one) has too much stack for the fork - I get a measley quarter turn on the locknut, so going for a Tange Passage replacement.
Owt else not on there is stuff I haven't got yet if anyone is looking to shift stuff that might fit, and is prepared to deal with a midlander.

i haven't decided yet whether to take the decals off, what do you think? -
• #9046
it depends, can you pretend to be called rick powell?
take em off, it'll look sleeker.
i'm prob gonnna do the same with my d. marsh -
• #9047
well i suppose if i change my first name to rick and never tell anyone my last name isn't powell..

i think mine might be, cos alot are peeling pretty badly, except the front and the fork crowns.
the colours are similar eh?
yours is nicer though, im envious of the dropouts and the crown and the campag crankset. its lovely.
high polished wheels or black for you, mine are now high polished.
tiks and smiths nice one.
rode the eddy in today changed a few bits. chorus seatpost, 80mm cinelli stem, pedals, tyres rubinos are gash, bar tape to fizik...hmm.
