I'm currently using the mrs's ladybike to deliver the nippa and commute to work (long story http://www.londonfgss.com/post669158-11.html). Riding fixed has taught me to climb by pulling hard with my back foot and simply leaning my weight on my front foot. Now that I'm riding with metal spikey flats. I keep lifting my foot off the pedal on the way up and missing slightly on the way down. I'll get used to it. I just hope my shins last long enough for me to do so. OUCH!
