Clothes for rainy weather

The thing is Sou Westers (I have a red set), keep you bone dry and warm, however they don't look particularly cool and are far too hot when the temperature is over 10 celcius.

I have a black rubberised set. Wearing the coat on it's own is uber-gimpy.
(without a hat, not without other clothes.)

I like it.
