I got my Fuji track bike fitted for me at herne hill velodrome. They put me on a 54 first adjusted it for me and then said it was too small, put me on a 56 ,adjusted it and it fits me fine. Well its labeled Large which i think is a 56..My road bike is a Pearson Touche and thats a 54 and thats a fine as well..
