Car appreciation... the aesthetics, the engineering, etc

I had a S2000 for years when it came out. Best gearbox and engine I've ever driven (considering I've driven pretty much every car out there!), but SCARY handling on the edge. Very hard to control once the tail goes, the opposite of a 350Z. Only major crash I ever had was with that car, spun on a motorway and damaged all 4 corners of the car.
But I heard the later versions kind of solved that problem. I loved that car. Bound to be a classic too.

Hmm... the gospel according to Yorgo... any experience with the MINI though? It seems like the S2000 is going to be the winner... 20mpg isn't great though...
