when i see people riding single speed, i think... ooh! so close, if only you were riding fixed.
+1 same. i also had a go on my mates single speed the other day and actually enjoyed coasting, then realised "this is nothing compared to fixed" gets off bike

was being a total dick on the road yesterday.
left the house at 4.30, took me 29 min to get from 9miles to euston in the absolute pouring rain to get to uni to hand in my essay. 5'o clock deadline. Thats gotta be some sorta record. Flipping soaked 20 secs after leaving house and zero sleep overnight. Pissed off every driver and pedestrian onroute.
sorry y'all

The main thing is that its fun, and feels good. If you didnt get this when you tried it, fair enough.

This is my first and last visit to this so called Cycling website.
Too many thieving scum, who brag about taking someone elses pride & joy.

in my defense...
don't think there's a place in London has more hot chicks in one place than one of those sessions - this is plain fact.

Rode home on my hardtail. Bliss.
Didn't change gears though. I may have booted the front mech by accident.

Doing a skid every time (well sometimes) some pisshead shouts "DO SKID, DO SKID" on a fri/sat night.
They just seem so bloody happy after you do it. I'm just a performing monkey. -

I arrived at work the other day soaked to the bone, without spare pants. I spent the whole day walking around the office commando style... and LOVED it!

I confess: when I first tryed to skid i decided it would be a good idea to go slowly. After locking the pedals the bicycles stopped and I fell on my side clipped infront of about 7 people. Mmmmm, warm warm shame . . .
